FAMILY IMMIGRATION

Guidance at every step for his family

DFW & Associates helped me successfully navigate the Form I-130 process for my family to immigrate from Belize. The entire process was informative, and I was guided every step of the way. I was kept informed and connected with an attorney who was helpful and always available to answer my questions.

APPEALS & IMMIGRATION CUSTODY

Support through a difficult detention case

My son was detained by ICE in Arizona after applying for asylum. Although his asylum application was denied, DFW & Associates helped him navigate the appeal process while representing himself. They also guided him through filing a habeas corpus petition in federal court that successfully secured his release from immigration custody.

POST-CONVICTION & IMMIGRATION SUPPORT

Clear information and practical filing support

DFW & Associates helped me successfully file a pro se petition to vacate the conviction that had prevented me from getting my green card. They provided knowledgeable, thorough information that was easy to understand and assisted me with completing and filing my expungement-related and immigration petitions so I could obtain my green card. They charged a fraction of what attorneys in California were asking. Five stars!

Individual results vary

Results reflect individual circumstances and do not guarantee similar outcomes. A release from detention does not itself grant asylum or immigration status. Post-conviction remedies and immigration consequences depend on the particular case. DFW & Associates partners with licensed immigration attorneys; legal advice and representation are provided by retained counsel.

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

Questions?
Start here.

Know what to expect before taking your next step.

Is DFW & Associates a law firm?

No. DFW & Associates is not a law firm. We assist clients navigating immigration processes pro se, including document preparation, administrative assistance with pleadings, case organization, evidence gathering, visa petitions, asylum applications, and nonimmigrant and immigrant visa application services.

Who provides legal advice and representation?

Information or guidance provided by DFW should not be construed as legal advice unless it is provided by a licensed, practicing attorney. If you opt for or request attorney representation, we can connect you with a trained, licensed, practicing attorney on a rolling or ongoing, retained, or broader (carte blanche) basis, subject to the engagement agreed with that attorney. Contacting DFW or booking an appointment does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

What should I prepare for an initial discussion?

Prepare a brief timeline, your immigration goals, and a list of any notices or upcoming dates. Keep original documents secure. Do not include passport numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers in an initial inquiry.

Can you guarantee an immigration outcome?

No. Every situation is different. Government agencies and courts make immigration decisions, and no outcome or processing time is guaranteed.

What if I have a deadline or detention concern?

Seek prompt advice from a licensed immigration attorney. Preparing an inquiry on this website does not pause a deadline or initiate representation.
